Snow: that beautiful, magical substance that has saved many students from suffering the consequences of taking a gamble and not doing their homework the night before. We have had many snow days this year, not to mention uncountable delays. Many gambles have paid off. But snow is magical because of better and more beautiful things than neglected homework: It means sledding, snow ball fights, snow men, snow angels, a free day, and above all, skiing, Skiing is by far one of my favorite activities. In previous years, my family has vacationed to Canada for February break, and ever since my sister and I have had different winter vacations, I have been allowed to take a friend.
