[This fish tale is about fishing in Wyoming, not MV at all, and took place in 1991.] I took a few good casts, but I got nothing. My next cast was a complete failure. It went right into a four foot waterfall, a place that isn't at all likely to have any fish. I tried to reel my line in fast so that I could get out another cast quickly when my line went taut and a beautiful rainbow trout broke water. I battled with it for a few minutes, and the next thing I knew I had a 1 3/4 lbs. rainbow trout. I entered it in the lakes log, dated it, and signed my name. It was the largest rainbow trout that had been caught there in four years. We cooked it up that night, and enjoyed it while the bugs enjoyed me.
